Coconut oil is fantastic for candida as it contains a caprylic acid which is a naturally contains a fatty acid. A anti-fungal that helps to decrease candida growth and replication.

Garlic
Garlic contains allicin, which is an anti-fungal sulphur-containing compound. Best if eaten raw.

Bone Broth
Incredible for its natural healing abilities in helping reduce inflammation and promote gut healing.

Tumeric
Naturally anti-inflammatory and great for helping to reduce the negative affects of candida overgrowth and promote a good environment for good bacteria to thrive.

Cruciferous Vegetables
Things like broccoli, brussels sprouts, arugula, kale, cabbage and radishes contain isothiocyanates. These are sulphur and nitrogen containing compounds that help to reduce candida.

Ginger
