20 May Antioxidant Rich Green Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 2-3 leaves of mint, fresh
- 1 cup water, optional
- 1 cups berries, ripe and rind removed
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lime, fresh squeezed
Blend spinach, mint leaf and melon until smooth. Then add the remaining fruits and blend again.
