11 Dec Asparagus, Bacon And Pomegranate
The saltyness of the bacon and the sweetness of the pomegranate give the asparagus this amazing flavour. I served this with rocket and raw beetroot chutney and this was an amazing lunch! Looks perfect and the plate and tastes even better. Try it out next time you see asparagus at the store…or in the garden!
- Coconut Oil
- Raw Beetroot Chutney (recipe coming soon)
- Heat coconut oil in pan and cook bacon and asparagus in together. Cook until bacon crispy and asparagus cooked
- Serve up with pomegranate seeds on top and the rocket and beetroot chutney. When eating just mix it all together for a flavour sensation!
