Packed full of colour and flavour. This salad can bring any plate to life.

Ingredients

  • Baby Beetroot
  • Broccoli
  • Walnuts
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking instructions

  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  2. Clean and scrub baby beetroot, and cut any that are to big in half, so they are all similar size, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Steam some broccoli
  4. Add broccoli and roasted beets into a dish and combine with some walnuts.
  5. Perfect with a roast and pour gravy over the salad.
