20 Jun Beetroot, Broccoli and Walnut Salad
Packed full of colour and flavour. This salad can bring any plate to life.
- Baby Beetroot
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Heat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
- Clean and scrub baby beetroot, and cut any that are to big in half, so they are all similar size, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Steam some broccoli
- Add broccoli and roasted beets into a dish and combine with some walnuts.
- Perfect with a roast and pour gravy over the salad.
