09 Sep Brussel Sprout And Kale Salad With Creamy Citrus And Honey Dressing
Brussel sprouts are one of those vegetables that you sort of forget about when it comes to a salad but when you shred them finely and peer them with a creamy citrus dressing you have a salad that is very moorish and packed full of flavour and texture. The dressing itself has just the perfect balance of sweetness with zesty citrus to help make the salad easy to eat and perfect just by itself or I see if teaming up just right with some fish or chicken.
Ingredients For Salad
4 cups finely shredded Lacinato kale (loosely packed)
4 cups finely shredded Brussels sprouts (loosely packed)
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
