Having just been on a huge trip to South Africa I decided I would write a wee post on how I made the trip as pain free as possible, given that it took 43 hours for us to get home. It was an enduring trip, but there are a few things you can do to make it easier.
  • The first thing happens at time of booking. Request a special meal and ask for gluten free. Not only does this ensure you don't get something likely to make you feel yuk, but it also comes out first so you feel a little special. 

There is something about being a personal trainer. When I meet people and tell them what I do, I almost instantly get the reply "I should do more exercise", then the next one usually to come out of their mouth is "I just don't have time", "I have a full time job, kids at home, partner....just can't find the time"...
