I love coffee, I love the smell of it, I love the taste of it, I love the thought of it and I love what it does to me when I drink it....And I love it when a non coffee drinker (aka my partner) sips on my coffee and says "Yuk! Yuk! Yuk! How can you drink that?"
Coffee has got a bad name because it gets abused by people over consuming it, and it gets abused by companies tampering with its natural state. Coffee in its purest source can do wonders for your health, and there is science out there to back it, not just my healthy addiction to it.
There are so many conflicting messages out there about coffee. Here is what I know and here is why I drink it. You can then decide and I'd love to hear your thoughts, so comment below.

So life is conflicting, you read something and it says avoid alcohol, I even wrote that in my sleep section, and yes I do agree to some degree because when I drink white wine, or more than 2 glasses of wine I have the worst sleep and wake up with hot flushes and I can wake up being sooooo hung over from just one small glass or even sip of white wine.
Something else I have discovered is that whenever I drink white wine and some other form of alcohol (other than red) that effects my sleep, the next day not only do I feel like I am hung over, but I also feel low and sluggish, and very unmotivated. However all this changes when I drink a small glass of red wine? Go figure.
