This one is truly a winner. Whip it up but just for fun don't tell your partner or lucky recipient whats in it until they are finished! They will surely lick the bowl and be blown away! YUM!!! Have surprised a few people with this one.

This is what I had for dinner last night. Its a great way to bring chicken alive and know that it is packed full of nutrients. I kinda made this out of experimentation but I was surprised with how it came out and how good it tasted. So here is the recipe.

So plums are everywhere right now. My fruit bowl is full so I decided to get domestic and make this yummy chutney! Full of sugar but as you know this is chutney..... and its not like you eat it by the bowl. A slither in the sandwich is ideal. It will taste even better known they are real plums you picked (or your mate did....thanks Amy!) Its so good!!! Smells amazing while it bubbles away. I had a red wine, while it was cooking. Quite the combination of smells and tastes around the room with the rain outside.

I had some left over vegetable rice so I decided to make this great clean eating pizza base. I got creative and this came out of the oven! An awesome variation on good old pizza. This was really delicious and really easy to make. No flour or gluten inside. 100% real food with 100% pizza taste and satisfaction.

All you need is a blender to make this vegetable rice. This recipe is fantastic because sometimes you just want a big bowl of stir fry without the sluggish rice and this is a great substitute.   1/2 Cauliflower/broccoli 1 whole onion 2-3 gloves of Garlic Extra virgin olive oil
