24 Jan Chicken Breast Wrapped With Bacon
Yesterday we had some friends pop in for a catch up. I didn’t really have to much on hand for some nibbles, but I did have one chicken breast and some bacon in the fridge. So I made these creations up and they were the perfect appetizer for us to enjoy.
1 chicken breast
4 strips of bacon
Dice the chicken into bite size pieces.
Then dice the bacon to wrap around each bite size piece.
Place the join of the bacon on the underneath part of the chicken so that it can self seal.
Heat oven to 180 C and place them into the oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy.
