A classic omelette, nothing beats it for a way to start your day. If you are wanting to turn your body into a fat burning machine, then breakfast is a must and protein is even more important. Try this breakfast out, and you are set to start your day off the best way possible.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Olive oil
- Vegetables – I used leeks
- 1/2 avocado
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Heat a little oil in pan. I used cast iron pan for omelettes.
- Mix eggs until combined and pour into pan.
- Leave until bottom is browned then flip.
- Once both sides cooked, serve with some vegetables. I used leeks and cooked after omelette. Then served with 1/2 avocado.
- Season and eat.
You can spice up this classic omelette however you wish by adding more ingredients that you have on hand. Try it for your next breakfast.
