A awesome variation on good old pizza. This was really delicious and really easy to make and no flour or gluten insight.
100% real food with 100% pizza taste and satisfaction.
1 cup cooked vegetable rice (click here for this recipe)
1/2 cup cooked brown Rice
1 whole egg
2 egg white
Salt and pepper
Heat oven to 220 c. Place brown rice, vege rice, oil, oregano, eggs, salt and pepper into bowel and using stick blender or food processor, mix all together. Place all onto a flat pizza dish and cook in oven until golden brown or around 20mins. The base is a soft base, similar consistency to pancakes. I then froze it until I wanted pizza.
When ready to make pizza, I just took out of freezer and placed on pizza stone/oiled pizza dish and put all ingredients on top that I had on hand and cooked. This made it crunchy and AWESOME.
This one in photograph was some left over chicken, spinach, mushrooms on top of pesto with a sprinkle of cheese salt and pepper over top. YUM! I ate the whole thing…..whoops!
