INGREDIENTS

For Chocolate Fudge base ¼ cup raw orgnaic coconut oil 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder 2 tablespoons raw honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup almond flour For Coconut Fudge top ⅓ cup coconut cream 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted 5 tablespoons coconut butter, melted 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1½ cups shredded coconut, unsweetened

In a pot, melt coconut oil. Remove from heat and add cacao powder and honey. Stir to dissolve and combine.

Add to the mix the vanilla extract and almond flour. Combine.

Line a small dish with baking paper and fill with mixture. Place the mixture in fridge to set.

Cooking Instructions for Coconut Fudge top

Melt the coconut oil and coconut butter in a double boiler on low heat.

Remove from heat and add to it coconut cream, honey, vanilla and shredded coconut.

Spread mixture evenly over the base and place in fridge until set.

Sprinkle with extra coconut to finish.

Store in fridge.
