Episode # 7 – What To Eat Before A Workout And When Is The Best Time To Eat?
In this episode I answer a listener question all about breakfast and workouts.
“Hi Nic, what to eat before a work out and when is the best time eat. Especially if you are doing a morning workout. This morning I was meant to meet a group of friends for a run at 6am which meant I was going to get up 5.30am, get ready and head off with a banana, go for a 2.5 – 3km run, then home by 7am and then after that I had to get kids breakfast, make lunches, etc so wouldn’t have had my proper breakfast until about 8am.”
