Exercise is something that we to often put off, its just to hard and takes to much time. What I want to explain is the difference between movement and exercise and how you can incorporate more movement into your life. Your body needs you to move, so start to think of more ways you can do this. Aim for 50 % of your day either standing or moving and 50% of your day sitting.
