How does the E-Course work?
This course is broken down into 30 tips. You will receive 1 tip a day in your email inbox. Each tip will contain:
- The tip broken down and its importance to your health explained.
- How to implement the tip into your daily life.
- Motivation to keep you on track.
So each day you are learning something new that is going to help with your health, well-being and your overall knowledge. You may choose to print out each tip and keep a record of them, so as you build up your knowledge you can refer back to each tip when you need to refresh.
How long is each tip?
Each daily tip is not even a page long, so it won’t bog you down and take you long to read, learn and implement it. It might take 5-10 minutes of your day.
