Here is a great workout to do to help you improve your running fitness. Great to boost the metabolism, energize the body while working on your overall strength and stamina. Doesn’t take up lots of time and no need for any equipment. Have fun!!
Workout # 11
Easy 5 minute jog to warm up
10 step lunges on each leg
10 single leg toe taps each leg
Repeat this circuit 6 times through
30 second sprint/high knees
10 press ups
Rest 1 minute
Easy 5 minute jog to cool down
