27 Jan Free Weekly Home Workout # 5
I aim not a big fan of running long distance mainly because my knees play up. What I do love is including some short running into a workout. Now this workout is amazing not only for helping you get fitter but also for developing your running strength. Only 3 exercises and you can adapt every single one of them to suit your level.
Workout # 5
5 rounds for time:
Run 200m on treadmill or down road (you can walk, run or sprint!)
10 push ups
