18 Mar Free Weekly Home Workout # 6
Today I have a great heartrate kicking body weight workout to get your body fitter and stronger in no time. Everything is adjustable, do the squats on a chair, high knees take your time and sit ups just touch your knees. Adjust it to suit your ability and for beginners just do 3 rounds.
Workout # 6
5 rounds for time:
High knees x 20
Airsquats x 20
Butterfly situps x 20
Burpees x 5
