18 Mar Free Weekly Home Workout # 8
Challenging your bodies strength is important, not only does it keep your muscles strong but also your bones. This doesn’t mean you have to go out and buy a whole lot of expensive gym equipment as often you will find objects around your home that are just perfect. Inside the online gym I have a video all about creating weights at home using every day items.
So today I thought I would share with you a weights based workout, where you use just one dumbbell (DB) or heavy object you can hold easily. This is great for toning up the upper body and boosting your metabolism.
Workout # 9
DB upright row x 10
DB shoulder press x 10
DB fly right x 10
DB bent over row left then right x 10 each side (option to do on one leg to challenge stability further)
DB fly left x 10
In between each exercise do 20 mountain climbers
Repeat the circuit 3 times through.
