Each week I wanted to share with you a really simple workout that you can do from home. Some with some basic equipment while others have none. Start moving your body and get inspired! Movement builds energy.
This weeks workout is nice and simple to get you started. Combining both upper body and lower body to really get the metabolism fired up.
Great to do at anytime of day and will not take up very much of your time. Do it in your living room and start taking charge of your fitness today!
Home Workout # 1
10 Press Ups
10 Knee taps
Repeat 5 times through as fast as you can.
