This is seriously good pesto, I would go as far to say the best pesto I have ever tasted! To be far I havn’t tasted to many homemade pesto. In the past I always bought pesto, so this is quite the flavour sensation. If you havn’t ever tried making your own, you really should, you will never go back.
- large handful of basil leaves
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup cashews
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to season
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve up on a platter along side other amazing ingredients and you will be sure to impress.
