Fried Zucchini Chips

These little gems are so sweet and devine, I could eat a couple of bowls worth!

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Zucchini
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil
  2. Place zucchini down in pan flat so every piece is hitting bottom of pan fully. Leave them and don’t stir.
  3. Wiggle pan around to move an extra oil through them, then check a couple and see if they have crisped up.
  4. Turn and repeat.
  5. Eat straight away, they are so tasty. Can add garlic or any other seasoning to them before placing in plan by rolling them in it. I like them nude though :)
