These little gems are so sweet and devine, I could eat a couple of bowls worth!
- Olive Oil
- Sea salt
- In a pan heat oil
- Place zucchini down in pan flat so every piece is hitting bottom of pan fully. Leave them and don’t stir.
- Wiggle pan around to move an extra oil through them, then check a couple and see if they have crisped up.
- Turn and repeat.
- Eat straight away, they are so tasty. Can add garlic or any other seasoning to them before placing in plan by rolling them in it. I like them nude though :)
