10 Mar Garlic And Ginger Green Detox Juice – Anti Bacterial, Anti fungal, Anti Candida
I have been learning alot about fungus and parasites recently and it has inspired me to create some recipes to help fight them. We are constantly exposed to them every day and the majority of us have them in us. Candida is something that we all have, and it is just when you create an unhealthy body you create the perfect environment to allow them to thrive, take over and grow. Candida and fungus love sugar and processed foods. So the key is to make sure your diet and lifestyle inhibits there growth and gets rid of them. There are some amazing things you can add to your diet that they hate and can send them into hiding which is what you are after.
Fungal and candida issues are things like dandruff, skin problems, rashes, itchy skin, allergies, athletes foot and many more things. Often things that are overlooked and never really dealt with.
Garlic and ginger are two amazing superfoods with many health benefits and particularly beneficial for those wanting to reduce fungus and candida issues. Garlic has the ability to strengthen the immune system by promoting the ability of white blood cells to fight infections and other immune cells to attack viruses and other bacteria. Meaning, garlic has anti fungal and anti-viral properties.
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties also, when you combine these ingredients together you are not only boosting your immunity but also reducing overgrowth of fungus and bad bacteria.
This juice is actually incredibly tasty, it provides a wee kick and has some awesome detoxifying ingredients.
- ½ cucumber
- 2 cups spinach/kale leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ inch of ginger
- 1 apple
- 3 stalks of celery
- juice from 1 lemon
Place all the ingredient through the juicer and enjoy immediately. Any juices you make should be drunken within 1 minute of making them. After a minute they begin to lose some of there nutritional benefits.
