Today I wanted to talk to you about your thoughts. Did you know that you think a thought before you even breathe? You have 64 thousand thoughts in a day, and you can have control over them.

The thing with thoughts is they can be influenced by others. They can be influenced by what you are watching, by somebody negative coming into a room, or by something you are listening to on the TV.

You have complete control over your thoughts. So when you wake up in the morning, I want you to stop thinking negative thoughts. I want you to start to take control of your thoughts, and I want you to start bringing positive things into your life so that your thoughts can be positive, and your day can be positive.

So take action today, and start to think about how you can make your thoughts more positive, and how you can make the surroundings you are in much more positive and so that all of those thoughts support your goals and are going to help you get in the best shape of your life.
