Ginger Immune Boosting Mango Green Smoothie

DSC_0114Enjoy this immune boosting ginger green smoothie loaded full of green vegetables and low in sugar. Choosing ingredients that are blood sugar stabilizing are important, so always keep your smoothies to one or less pieces of fruit and add in some good quality fats and you will be onto a winner.

Serves 2


  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup parsley, fresh
  • 3-4 leaves of mint
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup mango chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, fresh
  • 1 lemon, peeled


Blend celery, parsley and water until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
