20 May Its All Green Juice
Its all green and its all good!! Load up the juicer and load up the body with nutrients! The ginger gives this a nice wee kick! Ginger is incredible for your gut health and helping aid digestion. Its naturally anti inflammatory and anti fungal so perfect to help kill off any nasty bugs or virus you may be exposed to.
- 2 large stalks of celery
- 1 Apple
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- optional – 1/2 thumb of ginger
Put it all through your juicer and drink straight away. The enzymes are fresher this way and you get more goodness from it. So the sooner you drink it the better!
