Every one of us is unique, whether or not you want to drop kilos, slim down, gain muscle, reduce fat or just simply have more energy, you need to understand your own metabolic type to do this.

You can’t fill your car with diesel when it was designed for petrol and expect it to run at peak performance. Part of every journey to getting in shape has to begin with food. This is why I don’t personal train any clients unless you have done one of the Nutrition and Lifestyle online coaching sessions.  You can’t lose weight if you are eating the wrong foods, you can’t gain muscle mass if you aren’t eating the right foods. You are what you eat, and nutrition is crucial not only for weight loss and building muscle. Those aches and pains you get, or that headache and skin problem are all linked to the foods you eat.  Did you know that all of these things are linked to the foods that you eat.

How Does Coaching Work?

 

Your Nutrition and Lifestyle Online Coaching is all done over the internet, phone/skype and email, so no matter where in the world you are you can make the step today and start the process to becoming foreverfit.

 

My goal is to teach you how to improve your health yourself from the inside out so you can become your own practitioner in the future. I want to teach you how to listen to your own body, and give you the power of your own health! I will do this by providing you with the tools to do to learn how to understand your own body and teaching you how food works within it.

 

After helping hundreds of people dramatically improve their lives over my career, I’ve developed a foreverfit system that helps you create real health from the inside out. You will get into the best shape of your life, look and feel amazing everyday. Get rid of low energy, bulging waist lines and feeling average!

 

The first step is all about me finding out more about you. You will do an assessment over email, we will then make a time to have a chat through Skype. By using  a combination of online consultation form and talking to you, I will learn everything I need to know about you to formulate a plan.

 

There are 3 levels of coaching you can choose from a plan A, B or C. These each have different pricing levels for you to choose from so you can find what suits your budget. After I have got all the information depending on your level of plan I will then write an overall strategy for the next 12 weeks, including your individualized weekly program. You will get all the resources you need, plus access to the Online Gym with videos, exercise videos and continued information to help you through this journey.

 

Throughout the coaching program we will be in contact on a regular basis and you will be set up each week knowing exactly what you will be doing the upcoming week, and what you need to do.

 

Outside of the three different levels of online coaching I also offer a number of other products and services ranging from FREE with my 7 Day kick start, $15.00 with the Online Gym and then my online programs BR30, BT90 and Fine Tune Your Diet.
