    Oooph thanks so much for sharing the video Nicola !
    I did this routine this morning – I had a chance to have a little break at work – such a difference in my energy and focus for the day!

    20 mins is such a perfect amount of time for a good morning stretch – and such a perfect way to start the day.
    Especially as it’s cold in the mornings and this gets your blood pumping!

    Recommended even for a quick lunchtime stretch if you can sneak away!
