Pumpkin, Spinach and Feta Sandwich – Gluten Free!!

INGREDIENTS

Super Soft Almond Sandwich Bread Spinach Avocado Cooked Pumpkin Goats feta Cucumber Tomatoes Salt and pepper
SERVES: 2

This is the most moist and the softest, divine bread! Packed full of nutrients and protein, it is sure to power you through your lunch and set you up for a productive afternoon. I used my super soft almond sandwich bread to make this recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Mash some avocado and line one piece of bread with mashed avocado, sprinkle with salt and pepper

On the other piece mash pumpkin, then layer in all other ingredients.
