I was after a chocolate fix so I whipped this up and I made plenty so that I could freeze it and have it over the weeks to come. I keep seeing freeze dried berries and fruit popping up in some of my favourite stores and I wasn’t sure how they would work in some recipes, so I thought I would try them out here first. Its the perfect spot for them! I don’t think fresh berries would work because they would be to wet, so this was magic!

I prefer my chocolate without any sugar, but ben thinks its to bitter, so I make half with some honey added to it.

Ingredients

Cooking Instructions
  1. Melt coconut oil and add to it cacao, cream, coconut and honey. Mix until well combined.
  2. Gently stir in raspberries.
  3. Onto a board cut a large peice of glad wrap or tinfoil then place the mixture in a line on the foil.
  4. Roll it up and be sure to squeeze it so it is tight and not crumbly, tie one end and then push to that end  a little then tie the other end.
  5. Place in the freezer to harden up. Then slice and store either fridge or freezer.
