Smoothies-2-2This simple smoothie is so delicious and the perfect little pick me up and energizer. Great to have mid morning or afternoon to kick any cravings and provide the body with nourishing fuel.


  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Ice
  • 2 soaked apricots and 1 tablespoon of the juice or just some honey
  • 1 cup water

Construction Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
