20 May Real Food Protein Rich Green Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup soaked almonds
- Blend spinach and water until smooth. Then add the remaining fruits and blend again.
- For the nuts soak overnight in water before blending, or you can use some soaked almond meal.
