Here is my Real Food Summit Review
After purchasing paleo summit ( read my paleo summit review here) I was pretty excited to hear that Sean was running another event along similar lines. I have been eating a paleo/primal clean diet for 6 months now after discovering my own body was in trouble with autoimmune condition and digestive issue. So the health and knowledge I was seeking is very specific and only want to source it from resources I trust. Being a personal trainer I am always continuing my research and learning as much as I can. So when I saw the line up of speakers I knew I had to get this product.
The product is just as good as paleo summit, with a simple format, great quality speakers and excellent quality videos. There is also so much content, it has taken me quite a few months to get through it all. Which has been great, made the purchase last so much longer and I have watched a few of the video over a couple of times to really let the knowledge sink in.
The whole theme of the real food summit is just that, getting back to real food and making it work in our lives. The information is not just saying eat this just because. It has the science and the proof to back up reasons why.
The perfect thing about this online course is that I have been able to watch and take notes over a period of the few months it has taken me to get through all the content. So becuase I wasn’t able to attend live it seems as though I was there anywhere. I have bought a few online events, this and paleo summit where the first I had bought with audio and transcripts plus all the bonus, so it did seem like I was getting alot of info which made the purchase easier.
