Refreshing Raspberry Mocktail

This refreshing Raspberry Mojito Mocktail is what you need at the end of a hot summers day. A combination of fresh raspberries, mint, lemon juice, sparkling soda and a hint of sweetness from the honey will make you crave for more. Not only that the ingredients included will help replenish those cells and improve hydration and energy.

Ingredients for two mocktails

1/2 cup frozen raspberries, divided
6 fresh springs mint
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
Pinch of rocksalt
Ice cubes
Sparkling water


In a bowl with a fork or a pistol and mortal, place mint, honey, salt and raspberries. Mash up until some juices come out and its all well blended, but not to much to lose the raspberries texture.
Place into a tall glass and add the ice cubes ontop
Drizzle over lemon juice and pour in sparkling water.
Garnish with a few extra sprigs of mint.
