S.T.O.P – Sit, Think, Organize & Plan

Sometimes the best thing to do it S.T.O.P (Sit, think, organize and plan) what you are currently doing.

Life can just make us run from one thing to the next and feel like we have no control over anything and we end up achieving nothing, but are exhausted.

Unless you take the time to S.T.O.P, you will never have the time to do anything.  So learning to S.T.O.P is one of the most important things you can do. Even if only for a brief moment. Taking a 1 minute break away from chaos can help you come at it with a plan. The key to anything is knowing your plan, and implementing it. Taking control and taking moments to reassess and organize and plan helps with your goal setting .

So next time you are waiting at a check out in supermarket and have a thousand things running through your head and places you need to be or you are at traffic lights and you have to be somewhere else. Take a moment, stop, breath, think and work out how you can take charge of your next steps in your day.
