YUM!!! Have surprised a few people with this one.
Ingredients for one
1/2 cup approx left over cooked brown rice (or fresh)
1 tsp ceres organic almond butter or peanut butter
1 tsp honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut
All sorted nuts. I used almonds, pumpkin seeds and some LSA mix.
Fresh or frozen berries this one had blue berries, and strawberries because they are everywhere right now.
Cooking Process (well not really cooking more like mixing)
Heat the cooked rice just enough so that the honey and almond butter will melt and can be stirred through. Then sprinkle cinnamon over, and stir.
Next just add in berries and nuts!
So good, can really just use whatever you have in pantry. Also a little bit of coconut and or coconut milk would make it pretty delicious to. I havn’t done that, so if you do let me know how it tastes!!
