16 Sep Simple Homemade Chocolate – Dairy Free
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- In a pot place oil and honey, and gently heat to melt. Remove from heat, add in cacao powder and stir to combine. Then add in cream and stir again to combine. Taste here and see if you need any extra honey.
- Place some baking paper onto a baking tray or pan that will fit in freezer. Then pour mix over it. Spread out evenly. Cover with another piece of baking paper and place in freezer to set.
- Once set, crack into small pieces and store in fridge or freezer.
