11 Aug Spinach, Sprout And Pear Salad With Walnut Crumble
How cute are these sprouts!! I wish I had grown them myself but I have to confess I got them this week from mount whole foods, and they were perfect in my salad today for lunch. Sprouts are loaded with incredible nutrients and powerful enzymes. Enzymes are so fantastic because they contain these special types of proteins that act as catalysts for all your body’s functions. - Fresh sprouts
- Grated beetroot
- Grated pear
- 3-4 Walnuts crushed (rolling pin works well)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and pour over some olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with crushed nuts. Toss and serve.
