Super Powered Green Smoothie
A powerful super nutrient dense smoothie to charge you through your day.
INGREDIENTS
Handful fresh spinach/kale leaves blanched in hot water 1/2 banana 2 rehydrated dates Juice from one lemon 2 Brazil nuts 1/2 avocado Almond milk/coconut water or water

This was my lunch and it left me feeling amazing. I blanched the spinach first as I find raw spinach and kale to much for me. The simple blanching in boiling water removes any oxalates and enhances the digestibility of it, making it easier for my body to absorb all the amazing nutrients out of it.
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender, blitz for a good few minutes until it is super smooth and creamy.
Enjoy immediately
