I get asked alot, what I eat. So here goes my simple break down. Its important to know that I am constantly tweeking and modifiying this all the time. I listen to my body and make changes accordingly. This here is just the general breakdown of my approach to clean eating.

1. I eat whole real foods. Fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, Lean protein (eggs, chicken, fish, and beef etc) kumara, sweet potatoes, yams, wild caught fish and good quality fats.
