This is what I had for dinner last night. Its a great way to bring chicken alive and know that it is packed full of nutrients. I kinda made this out of experimentation but I was surprised with how it came out and how good it tasted. So here is the recipe.

I had some left over vegetable rice so I decided to make this great clean eating pizza base. I got creative and this came out of the oven! An awesome variation on good old pizza. This was really delicious and really easy to make. No flour or gluten inside. 100% real food with 100% pizza taste and satisfaction.

All you need is a blender to make this vegetable rice. This recipe is fantastic because sometimes you just want a big bowl of stir fry without the sluggish rice and this is a great substitute.   1/2 Cauliflower/broccoli 1 whole onion 2-3 gloves of Garlic Extra virgin olive oil
