How much water should I drink, what sort and why?
So remembering to drink water throughout your day is hard work. We all find it hard to keep up the fluids, but know how good we do feel when we do.
Here are a few tips to drinking water
In the morning drink 2 glasses of water before eating.
Drink most of your water in between your meals, and just drink a glass with dinner to help wash down your meals, not drown them.
