Great protein packed breakfast that will fill you up and help you power through your day. This will take less than 5 minutes to make....hmm and if you eat like me, probably a lot shorter time to eat!  

Got some frozen fresh fish? Or of course better if fresh fish. However this recipe is perfect if you have some frozen fish, as it will make it taste amazing and full of flavor and delicate to eat.  

Tasty bite size morsels of nutrition. Great to make for dinner party, have as a snack in fridge, have some for breakfast, dinner or lunch. These are a great food to make plenty. They will get eaten fast by the family so be sure to put aside if you plan to freeze some.  

Not sure if this is a recipe or not. May even taste weird to others. However, I am slightly addicted to this at the moment as a mid afternoon snack, so thought I would share. Came about because I had some grated carrot and cabbage sitting in the container in our fridge and my boiled egg. So I put it together with a dab of coconut cream, salt and pepper. Then before I knew it I was licking the bowl!

Mince is affordable and perfect to just have in the fridge for a protein source or to whip up fast and eat straight away. It can go into so  many great dishes and carries spices and flavors so well.

This dish is great to use whenever you are wanting to have some rice. So this is for stir fries, curries, and casseroles. Use this instead and notice how amazing you feel and how full!

The key to having fast meals is to have your house ready. So this is made from some shredded chicken I froze over the weekend. When you take that time each week to get prepared, you can always be ready for fast meals which means you avoid those weak moments.

This is a one of those quick meals, that will fill you up and make you feel all warm inside after. You can even go back for seconds, because its so good for you. Fish is great for the brain! So we all need a bit of that ;)

I love this salad/stirfry, its really comforting and so quick to warm up. A great warming part of your breakfast too if you want. Add some protein and you will dance through your day :)
