Ingredients
For the cake
- Raw cacao powder
- Walnuts
- Pecans
- Fresh medjool dates
For the Icing
- Avocado
- Raw cacao powder
- Fresh medjool dates
- Agave
- Organic blueberries
Construction Instructions
- For the cake, place all ingredients into a high speed blender, under crumbly.
- Then press them into cups/tins of choice.
- Place in fridge and allow it to rest if you can for about 30 minutes, this just brings out more flavor, and condenses it.
- Then while resting make icing and smear it over top when ready.
