When it all comes down to it, its either yes you want to be healthy, fit, happy and active. Or no you want to be lazy, overweight, depressed and unhappy.
It is completely up to you to make your self healthy or unhealthy, no one else is to blame or to thank. So if you are not happy with the direction that your fitness and nutrition is heading in then is time to get in control.
Here is how you can either say yes or no.
1. Have a plan – if you have a plan you have something to guide you. So start writing down your plan, what do you want to achieve, and where do you want to be and how do you want to feel?
Implement that plan what do you need to do right now to make you a step closer to your goals tomorrow. How do you need to be feeling physically, mentally and emotionally each day? What is going to get you that feeling?
2. Quit using excuses – It is no one elses fault you didn’t have time today, or your were to busy so you ate whatever. Stop blaming others for your lack of commitment, and start committing. Get organized, plan your lunch, make time to workout.
3. Nutrition – Eat to fuel your body for energy, not to drain it. Are you eating a clean and healthy diet. What is your version of clean eating?? Is is really?
4. Work out – it takes one rep at a time, and one day at a time, so the more you put it off the longer it will take to get there. There is no such thing as a quick fix. Do the work and get the results.
Yes or no? Excuses are for those who don’t want it bad enough. How much do you want it. You have to decide. Yes or no??
