Why Choosing Happiness Can Change Your Life
It’s often not until something significant happens in our lives that we start to question our own happiness. The loss of a love one, a career move, a change of cities or a change in partners are all key life experiences that launch us into self-discovery.
Am I happy?
Is this the career I want?
Am I in love with my partner still?
Do I like who I have become?
It’s sad that it takes a dramatic event, rejection, fear or heartbreak for us to re-evaluate our lives. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Becoming more tuned into our personal happiness, dreams, and desires can really change our outlook and our life experiences.
