We are all striving for some form of happiness right? To some that might be finding their soul mate, reaching their ideal weight or securing a kick-ass job. Whatever it is, for most of us happiness is when we have achieved a goal or reached a milestone.
But then there are others of us who live and breathe happiness. Happiness is just part of their daily lives not reserved for when you achieve something. And I mean real happiness, not just short term enjoyment here and there. I’m saying they dig deeper, their entire being is positive and they remain in a happy state.
