Almond Protein Pancakes

Wow! Want to impress someone with breakfast in bed? This is the way to do it. 3 ingredient pancakes, one of those ingredients is water! So simple, really light and packed full of protein to start yourself of to a magic day.


3 eggs 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup water coconut oil
Cooking Instructions

Place in a bowl all ingredients and whisk to combine.

Heat oil in a pan, then using a ladle, spoon into pan either small amounts of mixture as if making pikelets like I did, or pour the whole mix mixture to make one large pancake.

Cook until brown and flip.

Serve with blue berries and runny honey.
