Artichoke Dip
Don’t you just love a good dip.
INGREDIENTS
1 can of artichoke hearts in water 1 cup cashews 1 large handful of spinach leaves 2 tablespoons olive oil 8-10 chopped fresh basil leaves Pinch of chilli powder 1/4 red onion 1 garlic clove
SERVES: 1
This one will have you coming back for more and more. The flavours and just amazing and totally loaded with nourishing nutrients. I served up with some baked kumara chips, you could serve with crackers, vegetable sticks or even use as a spread on some fresh focaccia bread! Yum!!
Construction Instructions
Place everything into a food processor and blitz until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
