Crushed Almonds (put them in a teatowel and smash with large pot :)) Crushed Walnuts Flaxseeds Pumpkin Seeds Sunflower seeds Coconut Cinnamon Chia seeds Chopped Dates

This Breakfast Crunch is a great mix to have on hand for breakfast or an afternoon snack. I love these jars, they are the coconut oil jars. I have a selection of them now in my pantry. They are currently mostly empty so need to come up with great things to prepare and pop into them and this is one of those things. Remember it is all about being prepared.

Cooking Instructions

Put it all into a jar and put away for breakfast or snacks when you need it.

Serve with fruit, almond milk, coconut milk, or just by itself.
